Judge Kimball earned his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1990. He also received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987.
After receiving a B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University in 1979, the Honorable Judge Mindy A. Mora obtained a J.D. from New York University in 1982. From 1982 to 2018, she practiced law in the fields of Bankruptcy and Commercial Finance. In 2018, Judge Mora was appointed as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
Judge Mora has made significant contributions to the legal profession throughout her career. She was named a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy in 2014 in recognition of her expertise in bankruptcy. Additionally, in 2016, she was named a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Attorneys for her achievements in Commercial Finance. Judge Mora has also held leadership positions in various legal organizations, including serving as Chair of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar.
