Robert is an experienced bankruptcy attorney with more than 13 years of experience in consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Robert regularly practices in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach Divisions of the Bankruptcy Court and has represented more than 1700 bankruptcy clients. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Northern District of Florida. Robert is a licensed attorney and member in good standing of the Florida bar since 1998. He began his career as a volunteer attorney in the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office and in 2007 he founded Stiberman Law, P.A. Robert earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1996. Robert is passionate about helping consumers obtain debt relief and actively handles all bankruptcy matters from filing to discharge.
